8. COMMUNICATIONS CENTRE RENEWAL PROJECT - AWARD OF CONTRACT, STANDING OFFER AND DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY / PROJET DE RENOUVELLEMENT DU CENTRE DES COMMUNICATIONS : OCTROI DE CONTRAT, OFFRE À COMMANDES ET DÉLÉGATION DE POUVOIR

That the Ottawa Police Services Board:
1. Approve the award of contract to Bramic Creative Business Products Ltd. to supply, deliver and install dispatch/call analyst consoles in the Communication Centre for an amount not to exceed $ 761,000 (excluding tax);
2. Approve a standing offer agreement with Bramic Creative Business Products Ltd. for the provision of dispatch/call analyst consoles for a period of five (5) years with two (2) possible five (5) year extensions; and
3. Delegate authority to the Chief of Police to award contracts and execute payments for all remaining project related construction services and fit-up work for an amount not to exceed $ 2,900,000 (excluding tax).
Que la Commission de services policiers d’Ottawa :
1. Approuve l’octroi du contrat à Bramic Creative Business Products ltée pour fournir, livrer et installer des consoles d’analyste de répartition et d’appel au Centre des communications pour un montant maximal de 761 000 $ (taxes non comprises);
2. Approuve l’entente d’offre à commandes conclue avec Bramic Creative Business Products ltée pour la fourniture de consoles d’analyste de répartition et d’appel pour une durée de cinq (5) ans avec une possibilité de prolongation de deux (2) périodes de cinq (5) ans; et
3. Délègue le pouvoir au chef du Service de police d’Ottawa d’accorder des contrats et d’effectuer des paiements pour tous les travaux de construction et d’aménagement restants liés au projet, pour un montant maximal de 2 900 000 $ (taxes non comprises).

2. A budget transfer in the amount of $370,000 from Capital Project #905093 – “E-Ticketing & Collision Reporting” to Project #906213 – “Business Transformation”.
