1. Receive this update on the Collision Reporting Centres Project.
2. Maintain the current level of fees for the purchase of Motor Vehicle Collision Reports.
3. Approve an increase to the contract with CAE for project management services for an amount not to exceed $90,000 (exclusive of taxes).

That the Ottawa Police Services Board:
1. Approve the execution of an Occupancy and Use Agreement with the City of Ottawa for approximately 33,870 sq. ft. of space located at 2670 Queensview Drive for a period of 11 years 8 months commencing May 1, 2013.
2. Delegate authority to the Chief of Police to complete required tenant fit-up, furniture and equipment acquisition and project management services for an amount not to exceed $3,950,000.

1. Approuve la signature d’une convention d’occupation et d’utilisation avec la Ville d’Ottawa concernant des locaux d’environ 33 870 pieds carrés situés au 2670, promenade Queensview, pour une période de 11 ans et 8 mois débutant le 1er mai 2013.
2. Délègue au chef du Service de police le pouvoir d’effectuer les réaménagements requis, de procéder à l’acquisition de mobilier et d’équipement et d’assurer des services de gestion de projet pour un montant maximal de 3 950 000 $.
