That the Ottawa Police Services Board approve a lease for the Community Police Centre located at 1131 Clapp Lane, Manotick, for a five-year period commencing 1 November 2011 to 31 October 2016, at a cost of $49,239 for the first year with an annual increase of 6% in each subsequent year.

 

Que la Commission de services policiers d’Ottawa approuve la location du Centre de police communautaire situé au 1131, allée Clapp à Manotick, pour une période de cinq ans débutant le 1er novembre 2011 et prenant fin le 31 octobre 2016, pour un montant de 49 239 $ la première année, et selon une augmentation annuelle de 6 pour cent par la suite.

 

 

7.             CENTRETOWN COMMUNITY POLICE CENTRE – LEASE APPROVAL / CENTRE DE POLICE COMMUNAUTAIRE DU CENTRE-VILLE – APPROBATION DE LOCATION

Que la Commission de services policiers d’Ottawa approuve le prolongement du bail de location du Centre de police communautaire situé au 393, avenue Somerset Ouest, pour une période d’une année commençant le 1er septembre 2011 et prenant fin le 31 août 2012, pour un montant de 60 764 $.
