That the Transportation Committee recommend Council approve changes to the provisions of the Encroachment By-law 2003-446 regarding the restructuring of fees for temporary outdoor patio encroachments as detailed in Document 1.

That the Transportation Committee recommend that Council:

 

1.                  Receive the 2010 Annual Report for Parking Operations, Maintenance and Development; and,

 

2.                  Approve the Performance Measurement Program for the Parking Operations, Maintenance and Development Branch.

 

 

Que le Comité des transports recommande au Conseil :

 

1.                  De prendre connaissance du rapport annuel de 2010 de la Direction de l’exploitation et de l’entretien des stationnements;

That the Transportation Committee approve the Statement of Work for the Multi-use Crossing of the O-Train Corridor near Hickory Street Environmental Assessment Study, as detailed in Document 1.

 

 

Que le Comité des transports approuve l’énoncé des travaux relatif à l’étude d’évaluation environnementale de la passerelle polyvalente du corridor de l’O-Train près de la rue Hickory, comme il est expliqué en détail dans le Document 1.

That the Transportation Committee recommend Council approve a Vending Encroachment Permit - Pilot Project for 792 Bank Street subject to the conditions set out in Document 1.

 

 

Que le Comité des transports recommande au Conseil d’approuver le projet-pilote de permis d’empiètement pour la vente pour le 792, rue Bank, sous réserve des conditions stipulées dans le Document 1.

 

5.         GOULBOURN FORCED ROAD PROJECT – BUDGET ADJUSTMENT

That the Transportation Committee recommend that Council approve the budget adjustments for the completion of Phase 1 of the Goulbourn Forced Road reconstruction as outlined in Document 1.
