BACKGROUND

 

Attached for the information of the Board is the Policy/Service Complaints Report for the fourth quarter of 2012.  All other statistical information about complaints from fourth quarter 2012 will be captured in the 2012 Professional Standards Section Annual Report, to be submitted in April.
