That the Ottawa Police Services Board approve:
1. The revised policy on Public Rewards attached as Annex A.
2. An amendment to the Financial Accountability Procedures Manual (By-law #1 of 2008) to include a delegation of authority to the Chief to offer public rewards up to a limit of $100,000, provided there are funds available within the existing budget.

2. Une modification au Manuel des procédures de responsabilité financière (Règlement no 1 de 2008) visant à inclure la délégation au chef du pouvoir d’offrir des récompenses publiques jusqu’à concurrence de 100 000 $, à la condition que des fonds soient disponibles dans le budget.

That the Ottawa Police Services Board approve the purchase of a half table at the “Ringside for Youth XVII” Dinner and Boxing Night fundraising event for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ottawa being held on 26 May 2011 at the Aberdeen Pavilion, Lansdowne Park, at a cost of $800.00.
Que la Commission de services policiers d’Ottawa approuve l’achète d’une demi-table pour le dîner et la soirée de boxe bénéfice « Ringside for Youth XVII » du Club des garçons et filles d’Ottawa qui auront lieu le 26 mai 2011 au pavillon Aberdeen du parc Lansdowne, au montant de 800 $.
