Salary: $28.282 to $37.898 per hour (2019 rates of pay)
Location: 65 Stonehaven Drive (Eva James Community Centre)

Saturdays 7:30am-3:30pm
Tuesdays 3:45pm- 9pm

Job Summary

The Advanced Sport Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing program content and for the instruction, coaching or coordination of advanced sport programs.

Education & Experience

Post Secondary Education desirable

Minimum (5) years demonstrated teaching experience or equivalent apprenticeship.

Level 2 gymnastic coaching certification or Level 1 gymnastic coaching certification with advanced level experience

*Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.

Language, Certificates & Licenses

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check to the City of Ottawa’s
English oral, reading, writing required
