Discover the interim Main Library inside a bank designed in 1924 by John Lyle, one of Canada’s leading Beaux-Arts architects. In this unique setting where modernism rubs against a classical aesthetic, learn about the Library of Parliament’s collections and services as well as have a look at its new reading room, upgraded in 2018.
