Designed by R.W. Strickland and Kivas Tully, the Heritage Building features high Victorian design. Formerly the teachers’ college, it became Ottawa City Hall after municipal amalgamation. Saturday only: Coffee in the Mayor’s Office from 10 a.m. to noon.
