Braddish Billings, the first permanent settler of Gloucester Township, built Ottawa’s oldest wood-frame house (then named Park Hill) from 1827-1829. See its architectural features as you tour the home from basement to attic and learn about the evolution of the property. Explore various aspects of the history of water in Ottawa from the Champlain Sea to 19th century mineral spring spas and beyond with a new special exhibition.
