Exhibit #3 Preferred Design Solution for the Western Section (Functional Design)
This exhibit includes two maps which address the section of Innes Road from Highway 417 east to Blair Road (1.2 km). They show how the existing four-lane divided arterial road will be widened, (primarily on the south side) to accommodate a six-lane divided arterial, including bicycle lanes in each direction. Noise attenuation barriers are shown for some of the existing residential developments on the north side of Innes Road.
