That the Transportation Committee recommend Council approve the acquisition of approximately 4,010 m2 of land in fee simple described as being part of Lot 30, Concession 1 in the Geographic Township of Cumberland, City of Ottawa and municipally known as 1465 Trim Road, shown as parcel 1 on Document 1 from Gusara Thanda for the consideration of $600,000 plus applicable taxes and legal fees related to the purchase pursuant to Section 30 of the Expropriations Act.

5.	INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF BIRCH AVENUE AND HEMLOCK ROAD

That Transportation Committee recommend that Council approve the installation of a traffic control signal at the intersection of Birch Avenue and Hemlock Road as part of the upcoming East-West bikeway construction project.
