no increase planned to the maximum on-street parking rate for 2010. In Q3 2009, a Parking Stakeholders
Consultation Group (PSCG) will be established which will be comprised of
representatives of all stakeholder groups identified in the motion. For future budget years, staff will review
and discuss any potential rate increases with the PSCG. |
