2013 DRAFT OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET – TRANSIT COMMISSION

That, at a Special Meeting on 24 October 2012, the Transit Commission table the relevant portions of the 2013 Operating and Capital Budgets for consideration at the Transit Commission meeting of 21 November 2012, and forward its recommendations to Council, sitting as Committee of the Whole, for consideration at the meeting to be held 28 November 2012.

	TABLED

WHEREAS the budgets for two capital projects were inadvertently included in the Transit Commission’s budget; and

WHEREAS these two capital projects are within the mandate of the Transportation Committee (as they deal with the road network and not exclusively the Transitway);

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Transit Commission refer the following capital projects to the Transportation Committee budget deliberations for their consideration and recommendation to Council:
