That the Planning Committee recommend Council direct staff to complete the Environmental Assessment process to identify the right-of-way for the future Centrum Boulevard Extension and bring forward the construction of a pedestrian and emergency vehicle access for future budget considerations and take no further steps to amend the Official Plan in respect of Centrum Boulevard nor to construct the Centrum Boulevard Extension such as to permit motorized vehicular traffic.
