2. The appointments of the following three (3) OC Transpo members:  Charles Andre Momy, Trevor Michel Sharpe and Richard Andrew Young, as Special Constables pursuant to Section 53 of the Police Services Act, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the attached Approval of Appointment form.
