ITEMS OF BUSINESS

1. 2013 DRAFT OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGETS

That the Ottawa Police Services Board remove the words “and approve” from recommendation 2 so that it reads “Consider at its regular meeting on 26 November 2012, the Ottawa Police Service 2013 Draft Operating and Capital Budgets.”

That the Ottawa Police Services Board:

1. Receive and table the Ottawa Police Service 2013 Draft Operating and Capital Budgets.

2. Consider at its regular meeting on 26 November 2012, the Ottawa Police Service 2013 Draft Operating and Capital Budgets.

3. Upon approval, forward the Ottawa Police Service Operating and Capital Budgets to Council for review and approval.
