PRÉLIMINAIRE D’IMMOBILISATION ET DE FONCTIONNEMENT 2013

Documents to be tabled at the meeting / Documents à être déposés à la réunion                                                                                                                                                

That the Ottawa Police Services Board:

1. Receive and table the Ottawa Police Service 2013 Draft Operating and Capital Budgets.

2. Consider and approve, at its regular meeting on 26 November 2012, the Ottawa Police Service 2013 Draft Operating and Capital Budgets.

3. Upon approval, forward the Ottawa Police Service Operating and Capital Budgets to Council for review and approval. 

Que la Commission de services policiers d’Ottawa :

1) Reçoive et dépose les budgets préliminaires de fonctionnement et d'immobilisations de 2013 du Service de police d’Ottawa.

2) Examine et approuve les budgets préliminaires de fonctionnement et d'immobilisations de 2013 du Service de police d’Ottawa à sa réunion du 24 novembre 2012.

3) Faire parvenir les budgets de fonctionnement et d’immobilisations du Service de police d’Ottawa, une fois approuvés, au Conseil pour examen et approbation.
