That the Ottawa Police Services Board approve the purchase of a remotely operated vehicle, Andros Robot F6B, from Valley Associates at a cost of $291,506.00.

8. RENEWAL OF MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT - LICENSING
That the Ottawa Police Services Board approve the renewal of a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement through Compugen Inc. for a three-year term from 01 July 2012 to 30 June 2015 at an approximate annual cost of $345,637.68, excluding taxes.

9. EXPANSION OF LEASED PREMISES – 19 FAIRMONT AVENUE
That the Ottawa Police Services Board:
1. Approve the execution of a Lease Amendment for 19 Fairmont Avenue to add 2,213 sq ft to the existing Lease under the same terms and conditions of the original 2009 lease, commencing August 1, 2012.
2. Delegate authority to the Chief of Police to complete all required tenant fit-up, project management and furniture and equipment acquisition in an amount not to exceed $200,000.

10. CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF POLICE BOARDS – 2012 RESOLUTIONS
That the Ottawa Police Services Board:
1. Receive for discussion the Resolutions attached at Annex A due to be considered at the 2012 Canadian Association of Police Boards’ (CAPB) Annual Conference on August 17, 2012.
