6. FEASIBILITY STUDY OF O-TRAIN EXTENSION TO LEITRIM AND RIVERSIDE SOUTH

That the Transit Commission:

1. Receive this report on the feasibility of extending the O-Train service south of Greenboro Station to Leitrim and Riverside South.

2. Direct staff to prepare a strategy for the development of the corridor between Bayview and Barrhaven, to be presented as part of the Transportation Master Plan update and associated priority planning reports.

1. That Planning Committee approve the Planning and Growth Management Department’s revised Term of Council workplan for matters within Planning Committee’s mandate as identified in Document 1.

2. That that the Planning and Growth Management Department undertake a visioning exercise with the community, the cost of which would be shared with the ByWard Business Improvement Area, and the aim of which would be to better understand the mixed use character of the ByWard Market.
