REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS

1.   That the Finance and Economic Development Committee receive the attached report and refer it for review and discussion at the following standing committee meetings:

· Transportation Committee – December 7, 2011;

· Community and Protective Services Committee – December 15, 2011;

· Environment Committee – January 17, 2012;

· Planning Committee – January 10, 2012; and

2.   That Council receive the report for information on January 25, 2012 once it has been reviewed by standing committees.

WHEREAS the above-noted report makes reference to the Community and Protective Services Committee reviewing and discussing this item at its meeting of December 15, 2011;

AND WHEREAS the December 15, 2011 meeting of the Community and Protective Services Committee has been cancelled;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Recommendation 1 of Item 7, Quarterly Performance Report to Council, Q3:  July 1 to September 30, 2011, be amended to refer the report to the Community and Protective Services Committee meeting of January 19, 2012 for review and discussion.

The report recommendation was then put to Committee and CARRIED as amended by Motion FED 15/03.
