That Council accept soils at the Trail Road Landfill Facility for 272-274 Bradley Road and 297-299-307 Montreal Road without the application of a tipping fee to facilitate the expansion of the Wabano Aboriginal Health Centre.

That Council approve an amendment to the Zoning By-law 2008-250 to change the zoning of 1408 Woodroffe Avenue from MC[1331] F(1.0) H(34) to MC[xxx] F(1.0) H(34), as detailed in Document 2.

2. APPLICATION TO ALTER 52-54 BOLTON STREET IN THE LOWERTOWN WEST HERITAGE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

1. Approve the alteration of 52-54 Bolton Street in the Lowertown West Heritage Conservation District according to plans submitted by Douglas Hardie Architect on December 17, 2010 and included as Documents 7 and 8.

2. Issue the heritage permit with a two-year expiry date from the date of issuance.

3. Delegate authority for minor design changes to the General Manager of the Planning and Growth Management Department.

(Note: The statutory 90-day timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act will expire on March 15, 2011)

(Note: Approval to Alter this property under the Ontario Heritage Act must not be construed to meet the requirements for the issuance of a building permit.)

3. APPLICATION TO DEMOLISH 340 MCLEOD STREET, A PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CENTRETOWN HERITAGE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

2. Issue the Heritage Permit with a two-year expiry date from the date of issuance.

(Note: The statutory 90-day timeline for consideration of this application under the Ontario Heritage Act will expire on March 9, 2011)

That, subject to funding approval in the 2011 Budget, Council approve the Transportation Management Implementation Plan for Richmond Road/Westboro as outlined in Document 1.
