Please submit your application in SIMSI using the above-noted user name and password. When doing so, please be sure to:

-          Identify (by project number[s]) the source, as well as the precise dollar value(s), of the savings to be used for the new project. Please also describe the status of the projects in which the savings have been/will be realized.

-          Fill out all fields of the application with sufficient details and substantiation for the project to be assessed.

-          Provide a description and status summary of any design work required for implementation of the new project, including the timelines for conducting any design work not yet complete. Preference will be given to projects that do not have outstanding design work or can have outstanding design work completed very quickly.

When submitting your application, please upload the following additional documents in support of your application:

-          A letter identifying how each new project is incremental (i.e. enabled by federal and provincial funding). Please indicate whether or not the project has been included in your organization’s Long Term Capital Plan (if applicable) and if so, when the project was scheduled to be implemented according to that Plan. If the project was not a part of your organization’s Long Term Capital Plan, please indicate when it would have been undertaken without ISF funding.

-          A detailed construction schedule that substantiates that construction can be completed by March 31, 2011.

-     A completed engineer’s attestation for a project over $1 million or for a project completing after December 31, 2010. (see form attached).
