Inquiry/Demande de renseignements Motion The Richmond Road/Westboro CDP Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law amendment staff report has been under review for editing and technical review by staff for over a year since the approval by Committee and Council. The CDP sets forward a clear and balanced method of intensification with required community and infrastructure support. The original and subsequent target dates for this report to be tabled at Committee have been repeatedly missed. The delay in approval of the OPA weakens the community and City position on inappropriate applications. The draft document is prepared and awaiting signoff by the head of the City planning department. A set date is required for this report. When will it be on the table for approval?
