1. The next phase of the Ottawa Public Health Mental Health Promotion and Suicide Prevention Strategy for Children and Youth, as outlined in this report.
2. That staff report in Q2 of 2013 on progress made on the implementation of the Strategy.

1. la prochaine phase de la stratégie en matière de promotion de la santé mentale et de prévention du suicide chez les enfants et les adolescents telle qu'elle est décrite dans le présent rapport;

1. Ottawa Public Health’s endeavours to maintain a universal connection with all postpartum parents through the Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Program, as outlined in this report; and
2. That staff report in Q3 of 2013 on the Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Program status.

Que le Conseil de santé de la circonscription sanitaire de la Ville d'Ottawa approuve :
1. que Santé publique Ottawa se force à garder contact avec tous les parents après la naissance d'un bébé par l'intermédiaire du programme Bébés en santé, enfants en santé;
2. que le personnel doive produire un rapport au troisième trimestre de 2013 sur l'état du programme Bébés en santé, enfants en santé.

      That the Board of Health for the City of Ottawa Health Unit:
1. Confirm the performance targets for Ottawa Board of Health’s Public Health Accountability Agreement 2012 -2013, as outlined in Document 1; 
2. Direct staff to send a letter to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care confirming the performance targets for Ottawa Board of Health’s Public Health Accountability Agreement 2012 -2013; 
3. Direct the Medical Officer of Health  to sign, on behalf of the Board of Health, the amended Public Health Accountability Agreement (Amending Agreement No. 4), attached as Document 2; and
4. Direct staff to forward the signed Public Health Accountability Agreement (Amending Agreement No. 4) to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. 

      Que le Conseil de santé de la circonscription sanitaire de la Ville d'Ottawa :
1. confirme les objectifs de rendement de l'Entente de responsabilité en santé publique 2012-2013 du Conseil de santé d'Ottawa tels qu'ils sont décrits dans le Document 1; 
2. demande au personnel d'envoyer une lettre au ministère de la Santé et des Soins de longue durée pour confirmer les objectifs de rendement de l'Entente de responsabilité en santé publique 2012-2013 du Conseil de santé d'Ottawa;
