PRESENTATIONS 
1.	CHAIR’S VERBAL UPDATE – E-AGENDA LAUNCH
		CITY WIDE

The Sub-committee received an update from Chair Tierney in which he highlighted the launch of the Electronic Agenda tool, the first step in the City’s six-month transition to running virtually paperless meetings.


2.	MOBILE WORKFORCE IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE
      	CITY WIDE

Donna Gray, Director Service Ottawa, accompanied by Sandra Garnett, Manager, Strategic Projects-Mobile Workforce and David Barkley, Manager, Forestry Services, provided a PowerPoint presentation and video that touched on the following:
* Update on the Mobile Workforce Solutions Project
* ServiceOttawa - Forestry Initiative 
* Quick Response (QR) codes

A copy of the PowerPoint presentation is held on file with the City Clerk’s office.
