In Progress: Recs 1-3 are under development by Bylaw Services. Per the motion, staff will be reporting back with recommended enforcement protocol resource requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the new standards. Report scheduled for CPS in Q3 2012.
Complete: Rec 4 - Building Code Services established an Emergency Heritage Preservation Protocol.    
In Progress: Rec 5 with respect to a plan to acquire endangered designated heritage property where Council has deemed the preservation of the designated building to be of sufficient cultural heritage value to necessitate intervention, and on the requisite capital funding to enable the acquisition, rehabilitation and development of such properties, is under review and a report will be brought forward for Council's consideration in 2012.

Direction to Staff to prepare a progress report on the City of Ottawa’s Corporate Diversion Strategy to be reported to the Environment Committee on an annual basis. Direction to Staff to provide the Committee with the ORAP value engineering assessment and the amount of the money spent from the funding that was previously approved by Council.

20-Sep-11   http://ottawa.ca/calendar/ottawa/citycouncil/ec/2011/09-20/englishdisposition10.htm CO - ESD In Progress: Staff will be undertaking a Value Engineering assessment as part of the design process after details related to the corridor alignment have been finalized and the Environmental Assessment has been completed.  In terms of funding, staff are putting together an update and will provide as a follow up. In terms of the porous concrete, staff have undertaken a pilot project in the parking area in Hampton Park. Staff plan to monitor the pavement performance by visual assessment during Winter and Spring. The observations from these visual assessments will be used to develop the subsequent monitoring plan. Staff will report back by Q3 2012.  
Direction to Staff:  As part of the Water and Wastewater Rate Review, to review maintenance practices and funding for urban ditches with the goal of bringing services levels and revenue collection into line with industry best practice.
