REPORT RECOMMENDATION

 

That the Environment Committee receive this report for further review and discussion of the service areas’ performance results, as outlined in Document 1.

Background

 

At its meeting of 6 March 2012, the Finance and Economic Development Committee considered a report from the City Manager (ACS2012-CMR-OCM-0003) and the following recommendations:

 

1.          That the Finance and Economic Development Committee receive the attached report and refer it for review and discussion at the following standing committee meetings:

 

·         Transportation Committee - March 7, 2012

·         Planning Committee - March 13, 2012

·         Environment Committee – March 20, 2012

·         Community and Protective Services Committee – March 22, 2012

 

2.         That Council receive the report for information on March 28, 2012 once it has been reviewed by standing committees.

 

The report is to be considered at this meeting, given the Environment Committee cancelled its meeting on March 20, 2012.

 

Subsequently, the report will be considered at the Council meeting on 9 May 2012.
