REPORT RECOMMENDATION

 

That the Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee review and discuss the service areas’ performance results, as outlined in the Table of Contents of the Quarterly Performance Report to Council Q2 April-June 2009, pursuant to a recommendation approved by the Committee at its meeting of 3 November 2009.

 

 

RECOMMANDATION DU RAPPORT

 

Que le Comité des services organisationnels et du développement économique examine et discute les résultats sur le rendement des secteurs de service, tel qu’il est énoncé dans la Table des matières du Rapport de rendement trimestriel présenté au Conseil pour le 1e trimestre, avril-juin 2009 suite à une recommandation approuvée par le Comité lors de sa réunion du 3 novembre 2009.

 

 

BACKGROUND

 

Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee, at its meeting held on 3 November 2009, received the Quarterly Performance Report to Council Q2 April - June 2009, and referred it to the various Standing Committees for further review and discussion of the service areas’ performance results, as outlined in the Table of Contents.  See Document 1 - ACS2009-COS-ODP-0013.

This item will be advertised in the local dailies as part of the Public Meeting Advertisement on Friday preceding the Corporate Services and Economic Development Committee Meeting.
