Minutes 12 of the June 12, 2012 meeting of the Poverty Issues Advisory Committee were confirmed.

1.	ADVISORY COMMITTEE RENEWAL
RENOUVELLEMENT DES COMITÉS CONSULTATIFS	

Chair Sloan introduced the item and an overview of the Advisory Committee Renewal report.

Leslie Donnelly, Deputy City Clerk provided a verbal briefing on the Advisory Committee Renewal report.

Members asked questions about the new committees creating sub-committees or working groups, dealing with urgent matters and electronic meetings, when the new Advisory Committees will start.

Chair Sloan extended his thank you to the members of PIAC for their contributions.
