RECOMMENDATION
That
the French Language Services Advisory Committee approve the attached
Sub-Committee Terms of References.
Que
le Comité consultatif sur les services en français approuve les mandats des
sous-comités ci-annexés.
At the 5 December 2002 meeting of the French Language Advisory Committee, the Committee Chair asked that those Sub-Committees that have not already submitted terms of references for the approval of the full Committee due so in time for the next meeting.

The mandate of the sub-committee is to provide ideas
to municipal elected officials and the French Language Services Division on how
to ensure a liaison with the community and community leaders.

to all the various employees

to City Council

groups and associations
Members of the sub-committee will meet four times per year or at the request of the chair.
