SUBJECT/OBJET Laurier Bridge Reconstruction
Elgin Street to Nicholas Avenue
It is proposed that the Public Hearing for the Laurier Bridge Reconstruction project, under sections 297 and 300 of the Ontario Municipal Act be held during the Transportation Committee meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 6 September 2000.
It is further proposed that staff presentation relating to the proposals for this project also be made at the 6 September meeting.
Members of the Transportation Committee will be provided with a copy of the report and recommendations prior to the meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 2 August 2000. Advertisements with respect to the proposed Public Hearing will be placed in the local and community newspapers during the month of August.
The public will be able to access the proposals and related recommendations through the Regional website, after 2 August 2000.
