1. That staff be instructed to prepare a full report on the implications of introducing an annual seniors’ bus pass for off-peak service.

2. That the report include revenue and cost projections with the object of introducing the new pass in April, 2001.

3. That the report be brought back to Committee no later than October 25, 2000.

OC TRANSPO’S ECOPASS PROGRAM

That Regional Chair Chiarelli write to the President of the Treasury Board, requesting the federal government become a partner in the ECOPASS Program.
