1. Being a by-law to authorize the levy of sums required for the repayment of debenture number 99-9 issued in the amount of $56,400.00 (to aid in the construction of tile drainage works in The Corporation of the City of Cumberland, The Corporation of the Township of Goulbourn, The Corporation of the Township of Osgoode and The Corporation of the Township of West Carleton).
2. Being a by-law to authorize the levy of sums required for the repayment of debenture number 99-10 issued in the amount of $16,900.00 (to aid in the construction of tile drainage works in The Corporation of the Township of Rideau).
3. Being a by-law to authorize the borrowing of monies not to exceed an amount of twenty-five million dollars ($25,000,000.00) at any one time in 2000 (to meet the current expenditures until levies and other revenues are received).
