That the Planning and Environment Committee confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of 24 October 2000.

PLANNING ITEMS
1. CITY OF OTTAWA COMPREHENSIVE OFFICIAL PLAN AND DEFERRALS NO. 13 AND 17
- Planning and Development Approvals Commissioner’s report dated 19 Oct 2000
That the Planning and Environment Committee recommend that Council lift Deferrals Nos. 13 and 17 to the City of Ottawa Official Plan and approve the affected text as modified by the Approval Page attached as Annex I.
2. APPEAL TO Ontario Municipal Board DECISION BY RURAL ALLIANCE SEVERANCE COMMITTEE RA-203/2000 - (McHALE)
- Planning and Development Approvals Commissioner’s report dated 27 Nov 2000
That the Planning and Environment Committee recommend that Council confirm the Planning and Development Approvals Department’s appeal of the attached severance.
3. Appeal to Ontario municipal board City of Gloucester zoning by-law NO. 333-19 of 2000 Booth Keenan Property LOt 28, 29 Con. B. F. (Rideau Front)

That the Planning and Environment Committee recommend that Council confirm Regional staff’s Ontario Municipal Board appeal of the City of Gloucester’s Zoning By-law 333-19 of 2000.
4. Appeal to Ontario municipal board Township of West CArleton zoning by-law NO. 86 of 2000

That the Planning and Environment Committee recommend that Council confirm Regional staff’s Ontario Municipal Board appeal of the Township of West Carleton’s Zoning By-law No. 86 of 2000.
5. Appeal to Ontario Municipal board decision by rural alliance severance Committee ra 165/00 and ra 166/00 (Carson Hill)
- Planning and Development Approvals Commissioner’s report dated 21 Nov 2000
That the Planning and Environment Committee recommend that Council sustain staff’s appeal of the above two severances as they are not in conformity with either the Regional or the Osgoode Official Plans.
