That the Community Services Committee select one of the following options to proceed with filling four current vacancies on the Ottawa-Carleton Housing (OCH) Board:
Option 1 Social Housing Working Group Motion to appoint four OCH tenants, nominated by the OCH Staff/Tenant Interchange.
Option 2 Reappoint two current members of the Board and appoint two OCH tenants, nominated by the OCH Staff/Tenant Interchange.
Option 3 Follow the procedure for Regional appointments to Boards and Commissions, soliciting candidates Region-wide through newspaper advertisements.
