Resolution 2000-001

Moved by Councillor Gray, seconded by Councillor Stephenson that the minutes of the December 20th, 1999 Council meeting be approved.

That this report be received for information.

2. GIRL GUIDE/KINSMEN SKATE-A-THON EVENT

That Council approve the request from the Kinsmen Club of Manotick & District for two (2) hours of free ice rental on January 2nd, 2000 with respect to a fundraising event for the Girl Guides.

Resolution 2000-004

Moved by Councillor Stephenson, seconded by Councillor Gray that By-law No. 1/2000 (Borrowing) and By-law No. 2/2000 (Tile Drainage Loan - J. Daly) be adopted.

Resolution 2000-005

Moved by Councillor Stephenson, seconded by Councillor Gray that Council meet in closed session immediately following Committee of the Whole to discuss personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal employees and matters relating to litigation or potential litigation, including maters be administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality.
